Opening shots An opening shot is what the audience first sees in a film, it is how the film begins. It is important for a film to have a strong opening shot because it what will initially hook the audience into watching.  To create an effective opening shot, it is important to engage the audience with the first thing that they see on the screen and hook them for the rest of the film, for example an opening shot could include a shot of a setting e.g. a building; because this is a way in which a film can set the scene and establish where the film is set for the audience. Question 3 What did you learn from your audience feedback? Audience response  is a type of interaction associated with the use of  audience response  systems, to create interactivity between a presenter and it's  audience . Having and creating audience feedback is a very important within the production of the short film that we created as it is a way in which we can receive the opinions and preferences from the people that the film is specifically aimed at. My group found that it was necessary to have this type of feedback collated throughout the process of creating the film because we wanted to make the production and distribution stages as successful as possible for the end product and taking on board constructive criticism is very important because we wanted to edit the film and different products to please the target audience.  There are many ways that can be used in order to collate this sort of data from an...
